As part of the UC Davis MSBA practicum, partnered with a global materials innovation company to build a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) system leveraging generative AI to streamline internal knowledge access and decision-making.
Conducted varied-level question testing to identify gaps in the chatbot's capabilities, revealing instances where it hallucinated values not present in the database.
Debugged chatbot responses through manual SQL query testing, uncovering redundant columns that distorted outputs and contributed to misleading responses.
